Food and beverage is operated as a separate revenue source within the club and Burroughs & Chapin Golf Management emphasizes the ability of the operation to manage all aspects of the various types of services. These operations range from but are not limited to snack bars and half-way houses with sandwiches and grills to tournament settings for golf outings to formal dining arrangements including corporate meetings, wedding receptions and special events.

The food and beverage management team at Burroughs & Chapin Golf Management clubs are experienced in cost and portion controls, inventory management, spoilage reduction, and personnel training. Their diverse training also expands to dining room management and processing orders in the kitchen. Additionally, our facilities are compliant with all health department licensing and liquor controls.
